NOW WITH UPGRADED OCKS SCREWS !

I have a few BCG's that were shipped from Toolcraft to me as new, but hand picked out a few with a rougher finish or small blems.  Therefore I'm selling a few of these with small blemishes that do not affect function.  All BLEM products are offered as 100% operationally guaranteed by Toolcraft but are non-returnable for cosmetic blem reasons.  I hand inspect each BCG prior to ship. Due to the varying nature of the blems, repeatability really can't be anticipated.  I do grade them with my internal system.  Please note all "blems" are sold to me "as new" by toolcraft.  But BCG's are manufactured in a manual-multistage process, so some handling wear does happen.  My pricing on blems won't be consistent.  I post small quantities of similar grades of blems and adjust the price accordingly.

THESE BCG'S ARE MY BLEM GRADE A
Grade "A to A-" are sold as "A" and are pretty much non-blem. BCG's are manufactured in a multi-step process and a very minor scuff or machine marks under the finish, in non-critical, non-contact areas are normal.
Grade "B+ to B-" are sold as "B" blems.  You may or may not be able to see the blem, but the blem won't affect the performance.  
Grade "C+ to C+" are sold as "C" blems.  You will be able to see the blem, but the blem won't affect the performance. 
Grade "D" are bad blems, function could be hindered, that I send back to Toolcraft.

Gas key: hardened billet 4140 machined, plated
Gas Key Screws,: Michiguns OCKS Optimized Carrier Key Screw, properly staked (heavy+wide strike), phosphated.
Coating: Ion Bond FLAT DARK EARTH (DLC Tribo-41) coating2

Cam Pin:
Material: 8620 steel
Coating:  Ion Bond FLAT DARK EARTH (DLC Tribo-41) coating²

Firing Pin:
Material: mil-spec firing pin made from centerless ground 8740 steel
Coating: hard chrome 

Notes:
1.  All Toolcraft bolts are MPI inspected, but not necessarily marked MPI.  WCArmory requests MPI marked bolts but Toolcraft can not guarantee that all MPI inspected bolts will be MPI marked.  Email WCArmory for this disclaimer from the Toolcraft Operations Manager.
2.  All BCG assemblies are supplied 100% direct from Toolcraft to WCArmory, direct to you.
3.  WCArmory has been selling Toolcraft BCG's since 2009.

4.  DLC Coatings by Toolcraft may appear lighter (discolored) on the inside center of the carrier.  This phemomena is normal, per toolcraft, and is not a blem.
