HAZMAT MATERIALS ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS.
This HazMat item must be shipped via UPS HazMat Ground.  Before checkout,

1. Manually add this  HazMat/Adult Signature Fee to your shopping cart. 

2. During checkout, you must select UPS Ground shipping (or FedEx Ground) as your shipping method. 

If you do not follow the instructions above when ordering HazMat materials, your order will be delayed. We will prioritize other, correctly entered orders, and your order may be canceled by us if you don't reply to the manual adjustment and authorize the change in shipping fees within 1 day of notification.
