ATTN: FEDERAL REGULATIONS REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE FOR ALL HAZMAT PACKAGES and NOW ALL LOADED AMMUNITION. PRIMERS, POWDER AND LOADED AMMUNITION CAN NOT BE LEFT AT YOUR DOOR. 

• All Ammunition and Reloading supplies MUST be shipped via UPS or picked up in person.
• All primer or powder orders REQUIRE a Hazmat Fee of $27.50. If the Hazmat fee is not included on a primer or powder order, we will add it to your order and bill your credit card accordingly.
• Federal Regulations REQUIRE an Adult Signature on all Hazmat packages and NOW on loaded ammunition (ORM-D Small Arms Cartridges) as well. Please be sure to provide a shipping address where someone 21 or older will be able to sign for your package. ID may be required at delivery for proof of age. In the event that the package is not delivered after 3 attempts, or not picked up at the shipping hub, or refused, customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges including Hazmat fee.
